Brigantes Walking & Cycling Holidays and Baggage Courier Service has been used and appreciated by hundreds of walkers and cyclists for many years, throughout the north of England – the ancient homeland of the Brigantes, the British tribes who occupied the north of England in Roman times.
We continue to pride ourselves on being known for our reliability, which is due to our team of locally based drivers having a thorough knowledge of the area in which they operate. We would be pleased to undertake your accommodation arrangements, and in addition, our baggage courier service provides the daily transportation of your baggage along your route from door-to-door, so that you will only need to carry a small bag containing your daily requisites. We can return you by minibus to an agreed railway/bus terminal, or to our free car park, in Kirkby Malham.
The routes we currently cover are located between the Peak District National Park in the south, throughout the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors, Northumberland, and Lake District National Parks, to the Scottish Borders in the north, and include:
Pennine Way, Dales Way, Herriot Way, Ribble Way, St. Cuthberts Way, Lady Ann Clifford Way, Cumbria Way, Westmorland Way, North of England Way, Hadrian’s Wall Path, Yorkshire Wolds Way, Dales High Way, Wainwrights Pennine Journey, Inn Way to the Yorkshire Dales, Inn Way to the Lake District, Inn Way to the North York Moors, Inn Way to Northumberland, Inn Way to the Peak District , Wainwright’s Coast-to-Coast Path, Cleveland Way, Eden Way, our very own Tributaries Walk (a circular route within the Yorkshire Dales), Yorkshire Dales Centurion Walk, Six Dales Trail, St Cuthbert’s Way, St Oswald’s Way, Two Roses Way, Eden Way, Grassington to East/West Coast.
We also cover cycle routes within the same area, for example: Way of the Roses, Cumbria Cycle Way and the Coast to Coast
All the routes we arrange can be done at a pace to suit your needs in terms of time or walking or cycling ability, and you can be assured that your accommodation has been especially selected by us to ensure the highest quality within the price-range.

We can organise everything for you with accommodation in selected Bed & Breakfast establishments, or hostels as required, so that all you have to do is to enjoy your walk and the scenery of the five National Parks in which we operate.
