We just wanted to let you know what a lovely holiday we all had on the Leeds to Liverpool canal. The weather stayed fine for us which was a major factor but your organisation was flawless, all the bags were collected and delivered on time and the pack of instructions that you provided us with helped us to plan our adventure without hiccups.

It is no wonder Brigantes gets such rave reviews! Our group of three hiked the trail last week in search of our family immigration history from Fimber to the U.S. The Brigantes logistical support was superb from baggage transfer to a wonderful choice of accomodations and working with us to incorporate a sidetrip to the village of Fimber and Sledmere Estate, both connected to our family history. Brigantes organised the C2C for me and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. All the accommodation very good, some of it superb. Only once did I not get my bags immediately when arriving at my destination, not due to Brigantes but to the inn where I was staying, but then help was readily available from Brigantes over the telephone to sort out the problem. I would not hesitate in recommending Brigantes to long-distance walkers!

We walked the Herriot Way using Brigantes as a baggage courier. Their service was excellent, and the gentleman who collected the cases each morning was punctual, friendly and professional. The walk itself was fantastic, through some of England’s most stunning countryside; the weather was kind and the pubs and B&Bs charming. Stuart Greig’s Guidebook is essential. Strongly recommended!
