6 Replies to “Way of the Roses 🚲”

  1. Cycled the Way of the Roses over 3 days, 21st to 23rd June inclusive. The weather was awful but our group of 6 tried to keep the spirits up. Next time will do shorter distances and do it over 4 or 5 days so it’s possible to have quality time at the stopovers. Brigantes were engaged to transfer bags only and we booked own accommodation. The service from Brigantes was excellent throughout, from the first enquiry to the final bag drop.

I would highly recommend Brigantes and would consider one of their itineraries if we could swing a night in York

  2. Excellent work by Brigantes on luggage transfer for the Way of the Roses. 3 people, 3 bags, Lancaster–>Cracoe–>York–>Bridlington. Always on time and no hassle at all. We had a chance of hotel in Lancaster – no issue. We had an AirBnB in York, so needed an entry combination code – no issue. I’d thoroughly recommend them.

  3. Three of us have just completed the Way of the Roses with support from Brigantes. It was cost effective, efficient and a great relief to know that your luggage will be waiting for you when you arrive at our lodgings for the night. Communication was excellent. Airlink Travel took us and our bikes back to Morecambe and I would highly recommend them as well.

  4. We were very pleased with the baggage transfer service. Well organised and reasonably priced. Thank you Brigantes

  5. Hope you had a great journey! Pleasure to meet you all, well done for the big climb out of Settle!!! See you all again soon! 🙂

  6. A big “thank you” for transporting myself, my five colleagues, baggage and our bikes across Lancashire and Yorkshire for our recent Way of the Roses bike ride (June 2016).

Everything went like clockwork and I would not hesitate in recommending Brigantes.
