The Ribble Way

 

 

 

 

This package includes the provision of your overnight accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis in good quality establishments, and the daily door to door transfer of your baggage.

The Ribble Way is a long distance walk of 69 miles, from Longton at the mouth of the Ribble, to Gravel Gap, north of Gearstones, near Ribblehead – its source.

The walk is usually undertaken in 7 days, in the following stages:

 Day 1- Longton to Preston  (6 miles)

Day 2 –Preston to Ribchester  (9 miles)

Day 3 – Ribchester to Clitheroe (9 miles)

Day 4 – Clitheroe to Gisburn ( 9 miles)

Day 5 – Gisburn to Settle ( 12 miles)

Day 6 – Settle to Horton-in-Ribblesdale (6 miles)

Day 7 – Horton to Gearstones to Camm Farm via Ribblehead (17 miles)

 

The package including 7 nights accommodation and baggage transfers amounts to £446-00 per person.

The cost of daily baggage transfers, without accommodation provided, is £95 per person.
